Our sites are built through a process of modding a forum template called Phpbb. So most thanks and appreciation to those that toil to make such a wonderful template. Then there are the modifications of phpbb to bring it to what you see now. Also working concurrently are the BETA testers who put up with all the poor coding and advise on improvements which is then given to the final development/assembly team who work tirelessly to pull it togethor into what you see today.
